📎 Attach the following documents:
- Higher education diploma (translated into Italian or English)
- Degree certificate with transcript of exams (translated)
- English language certificate with level
- Italian language certificate (if available)
📅Pre-Assessment Deadlines
- First window: 26 March – 26 May 2025 → Outcome by 1 June
- Second window: 30 May – 10 July 2025 → Outcome by 30 July
⛔ Emails sent outside these periods will not be considered.
3. Pre-Enrolment on Universitaly
If your pre-assessment was successful, you must:
- Pre-enrol on Universitaly by 31 August 2025
- Upload:
- Letter of academic eligibility from UNICA
- Higher education diploma (translated into Italian or English)
- Degree certificate with transcript (translated)
- English language certificate with level
📌 Each file must be named according to its content (e.g., TOR, English Certificate liv. B2)
⛔ Applications will be rejected if:
- Submitted for the wrong academic year
- Not preceded by a positive pre-assessment
- Submitted after 31 August 2025
4.🔗 Registration on UNICA
- Go to UNICA Esse3
- Sign in from the public homepage Homepage, University of UNICA (cineca.it) and complete your registration
5. Admission Test Registration
- After signing in to the UNICA website, complete the registration for the admission test.
✅ Procedure:
Where: University Portal (Online Services) Homepage area pubblica, Università di UNICA
What to do: Go to Reserved Area > Menu > Student Services > Evaluation Test > Select your course
When: From July 15th until the deadline for registration to the evaluation test

Fee Payment: The registration fee must be paid via PagoPA (mandatory for all, even for those exempt from taking the test) by the registration deadline for the evaluation test.
If you’re unable to make the payment from abroad, you will complete it as soon as you arrive in Italy.

6. 🇮🇹 Italian Language Test
- Required only if the Master’s programme includes exams in Italian.
- The test will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams:

- 🔗 Join the meeting
- You will receive the link via email 7 days before the test.
Update of August 28, 2025 – Italian Language Test
The Italian test was originally scheduled for September 4 at 4:00 PM (CET) via Microsoft Teams. This test will no longer take place, and you must follow the updated instructions below:
🖥️ Online placement test: It will be held on September 4 and 5, organized by the CIS (Interdepartmental Center for the Teaching of Italian to Foreigners). Exact times will be confirmed on Monday.
📚 Support courses during the academic year: Italian language courses will be offered to help you reach level B2 within your first year of study. The cost of these courses will be covered by the students, except for those who are exempt according to current regulations.
📄 Already have a language certificate? If you already hold a valid Italian language certification, it will be accepted and you will not need to take the test. In that case, please send me an email and attach your certificate.

7. Final Enrolment
If you pass the italian language test (please note that the Italian language test is not required if the program is taught entirely in English) proceed with online enrolment on Esse3.
📅 Enrollment Period: Starting 3 days after the publication of the results and no later than September 30, 2025
✅ Procedure:

📝 What to do: Go to Reserved Area > Menu > Student Services > Enrollment, then select your course
💳 Payment: First installment must be paid via PagoPA by October 2, 2025. If you’re unable to make the payment from abroad, you will complete it as soon as you arrive in Italy.
- After enrolling, upload the following documents in your reserved area (Esse3 → Career → Attachments):
- Declaration of Value of your diploma and degree certificate
- Entry visa
- Residence permit
